If you are looking to refresh your feeling, just wet the Cool Strips into the icy water. Rinse it and put it on.
If you want to keep your head or body warmth, just wet the Cool Strips into hot water. Rinse it and put it on. If you feel the warmth is not enough, you may put the moist units into the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Overheating the products may cause burns and will damage the product.
Storage: When not in use keep the Cool Strips inside the freezer as instructed.
