Filled with our blend of 100% natural herbs the Lumbar Pack provides combined benefits of a regular Hot and Cold Pack and Aromatherapy. The uplifting and soothing aroma help relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation and overall wellness.
The Lumbar Pack may be used Hot or Cold depending on your needs and preference. Use it hot to relieve muscle pain, reduce stiffness and relieve menstrual cramps. Use cold to reduce swelling and fever, relive minor burns and bruises and promote relaxation.
Measured approximately 8" x12", the Lumbar Pack can fit the stomach, upper/lower back and hips. Heat it to relieve menstrual cramps, muscle aches and pains, or freeze tor educe stiffness and swelling.
The Lumbar Pack is not only a soothing therapy for pain relief, it used by many as an effective bed warmer during those cold winter nights.
Direction:
Apply Lumbar Pack on desired area for relief. Do no apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.
To Use as Hot Pack:
Use to Relieve Muscle pain and aches, Relieve menstrual cramps, and reduce stiffness.
Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1-1/4 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 40 seconds. Do not overheat product.
For Moist Heat:
Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To Use as a Cold Pack:
Use to relieve minor burns and bruises, reduce swelling and promote muscle relaxation.
For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Caution:For external use only. Use as directed. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Storage:When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1-1/4 minutes and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
