It is a patented design intended to provide temporary pain relief on the upper back, shoulders, neck and chest all in one convenient wrap.

Filled with our blend of 100% natural herbs the Upper Body Wrap provides combined benefits of a regular Hot and Cold Pack and Aromatherapy. The uplifting and soothing aroma help relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation and overall wellness.
The Upper Body Wrap may be used Hot or Cold depending on your needs and preference. Use it hot to reduce stiffness and relieve muscle pain in the upper back and shoulder. To promote muscle relaxation, relieve pain due to sprains and injured muscles freeze the pack for cold use.
Designed to comfortably fit the contours of the upper back, shoulders and neck, it is convenient and easy to use. The Velcro strip holds the pack securely in place making it effortless for you to move around.
Direction:
To use as a Hot Pack: Remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging prior to heating. Heat on high in Microwave for 1-1/2 minutes. If the Pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 30 seconds.
For Moist Heat: Mist the fabric lightly with water before heating. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To use as a Cold Pack: For effective cold use, put Upper Body Wrap in a plastic sealable bag and place it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Do not overheat. Overheating the pack will cause burns and will damage the product. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Storage: When not in use, store the pack in a plastic seal able bag in the freezer. Prior to first storage, remove Back/ Abdomen Pack from plastic packaging, heat the pack in microwave for 1 minute. Place Upper Body Wrap inside a plastic seal able bag and store in freezer as instructed.
